Genet is an AI back office for a small business
Genet helps a business owner handle phone calls, sort a connected Gmail inbox, show a connected Google Calendar, turn approved details into to-dos, and answer visitor questions on the owner's website from the business profile the owner provides. Genet prepares drafts and proposed bookings. The owner reviews them and decides what is sent or booked.
If you connect Google, Genet uses Gmail and Google Calendar only for those features: reading recent inbox mail so it can be sorted, drafting a reply for your approval, sending that reply only after you approve it, archiving a message when you ask, and showing, creating, or removing calendar events you approve. Genet does not use Google data for advertising, and it does not sell it.
Genet does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, generate, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.
Genet complies with applicable law, regulation, and third-party rights, including laws regarding the import or export of data or software, privacy, and local laws. Genet does not use Google APIs to encourage or promote illegal activity or the violation of third-party rights. Genet does not violate any other terms of service with Google or its affiliates. Use of Google APIs complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service, including the requirements on compliance with law, third-party rights, and other Google terms of service.
Privacy policy
Last updated 1 October 2026. Genet is operated by DreamWay Media.
This policy explains what Genet collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Genet website, the web dashboard, and the Genet mobile app. Google data is collected only if you choose to connect a Google account.
If you connect Gmail, Genet requests permission to:
- Read your email, so Genet can fetch recent inbox messages, including the sender, subject, snippet, plain-text body, and the time the message arrived.
- Send email through your Gmail account, only when you approve a reply.
- Modify mail, so Genet can archive a message by removing it from the inbox when you ask.
- See your Google account email address, so the connected account can be labeled in Genet.
If you connect Google Calendar, Genet requests permission to see, create, and delete events on your calendar, so your schedule can appear in Genet and so an event can be added or removed when you approve it.
Genet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Genet does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, does not use it to determine creditworthiness, and does not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read Google user data except for support you request, a security or abuse investigation, a legal requirement, or when the data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
Synced Gmail messages are deleted from Genet when you disconnect Gmail. You can also revoke Genet from your Google Account permissions. To ask for access or deletion, email [email protected].
